<br>Two components require accurate mixing.
<br>Tag Component “B” with a metallic powder, ferrous, aluminum etc.
<br>Monitor Component “B” before it enters the mixer.
<br>Monitor the final mix of Component “A” and Component “B”.
<br>The ratio of mixture (“A” + “B”): “B” is the mix ratio. If, for example Component “B”=100, and Component (“A” + “B”) =66.66, the mix ratio will be 66.66%. Two parts of Component “B” for every part of Component A.
<br>Deviation from this ratio will result in rejected material. 100% inspection of material.
